Scarlett Johansson (born November 22 1984 New York City New York, U.S.) American actress and singer whose acting versatility earned her praise in various styles from period dramas to action thrillers and thrillers. Johansson was the daughter of the film producer as well as an architect was raised in New York City. Hunter and her twin and Johansson both were the youngest of four children. By the age of seven years old, she was doing auditions for commercials in the television. In order to improve her acting skills, she attended an acting class at Lee Strasberg Theatre Institute in Manhattan followed by later the Professional Children's School. At age eight she appeared in a role with Ethan Hawke in the Off-Broadway production Sophistry and, at the age of nine she had her first film role in Rob Reiner's North (1994). Johansson made her debut as a character in Just Cause (1996), but she was Manny & Lo 1996 that gave her a breakthrough. The film tells the story of two young girls that are fleeing. After that, she received applause for her performance as a teenager who has suffered a horrific accident in The Horse Whisperer (1998) and gained more attention for her role as the cynical teenage outcast Rebecca on the set of Ghost World (2001). Renee Felice Smith started her acting career at a young age. She was a performer since she was when she was a young child. Smith's parents aided her in getting her first role in the acting world when she was just six. She starred in a TV commercial for Dannon yogurt. She decided, like most actresses starting out, to refine her acting skills. While she made her on-stage debut in Wildflower she was also working on different projects across USA. She studied at in the Stonestreet Studios Conservatory, part of the New York University Tisch School of the Arts.
